We, PLAZA HOMES, have had an evaluation of 2nd place of the month of March, 2017 in the buying and selling section of the monthly ranking for real estate companies with service for foreigners; it is based on the evaluation by foreign users of Japan’s one of the largest real estate portal site for foreigners named “realestate.co.jp”.


Real Estate Japan, which runs “realestate.co.jp”, releases highly evaluated real estate companies every month, by the results of the questionnaire they conducts to the foreign users who visit and inquire to their Japan’s one of the largest real estate portal site for foreigners. The questionnaire focuses on the following points:

Ranking of real estate companies with service for foreigners, the buying and selling section (March Edition in 2017)
