We have launched CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Initiatives

Plaza Homes Ltd. and All Japan Relocation Inc. have launched a food bank project (Food Bank Azabu) as part of our CSR projects.

A food collection center for the needy, will be set up on the first floor of our company (1-9-12 Azabudai, Minato-ku, Tokyo) to accept surplus food from neighborhood residents and the foreign community. We deliver the food to support groups for the needy and refugee assistance organizations.

If you have excess food that you cannot eat at home, are considering an SDGs project within your company, or are considering replacing your disaster stockpile, please contact us.

    We have released a video of the lecture on the theme of the "Mottainai" spirit delivered at EXPAT EXPO TOKYO 2024. In this lecture, we discussed the values deeply rooted in Japanese culture, the historical background of "Mottainai," recycling practices during the Edo period, and ways to apply these principles in modern society.

    We will be exhibiting at EXPAT EXPO TOKYO 2024 with Food Bank Azabu and conducting a seminar on the "Mottainai" spirit of Japan. In this seminar, we will discuss the meaning and usage of the ancient Japanese term "mottainai," efforts to cherish and recycle items from the Edo period, and the differences between expiration dates and best-before dates, all presented in English.
