The hotel offers 70 rooms of 14 types. Retaining the remnants of the former serviced apartment, 4 suite rooms come with kitchens and washing machines that are convenient for long-term stays. In other rooms, there is a spacious countertop as a workbench, and there is a laundry room on the basement floor as well, for guests to make their stay as if they were at home.

The Signature Suite "Spring" is the most spacious room at The Kitano Hotel Tokyo, spanning 80㎡. Located on the premium floor’s southeast corner, it offers breathtaking views of the Imperial Palace through its large windows.

Designed with a Spring theme, the suite features an elegant color palette, luxurious sycamore wood, and a marble-finished bathroom, combining sophistication with comfort. Ideal for long-term stays, it includes an IH kitchen, a large refrigerator-freezer, and a washer-dryer, allowing for a "home-like" experience.

The marble bathroom boasts a built-in TV, dual sinks, and a walk-through closet, ensuring a seamless and luxurious stay with premium amenities.
