Toranomon Hills Mori Tower has lifestyle hotel “Andaz Tokyo”, highly functional office floors, residence floors with services in cooperation with the hotel, large-scale conference facilities, and commercial facilities.  Toranomon Hills Business Tower is directly connected to Toranomon Hills Station on Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and Toranomon Station on Ginza Line via underground passages, and has large office floors, commercial facilities, and Incubation Center.   Toranomon Hills Station Tower (tentative name) will include global-level office floors, commercial facilities integrated with Toranomon Hills Station Square, and an international-grade hotel.

Toranomon Hills Residential Tower is a 54-story large high-grade residence building with a total of 547 units.

In addition to the shared services such as 24-hour bilingual front desk service and valet service, there is an aesthetic salon, café, a membership-based fitness gym and health spa with a 25m swimming pool, a clinic for the residents with bilingual nurses who are stationed 24-hours a day in cooperation with The Jikei University Hospital, the residents and their guests only dining room, and a library.

There will also be EtonHouse International Pre-School, a 3 Michelin-star Japanese restaurant, and a prestigious French patisserie.
