Axia Azabu was built in May 2005 by Obayashi Corporation and formerly sold by Toyota Tsusho Corporation and other developpers, and was built to new earthquake-proof standards. The building is attractively located just a minute's walk from Azabu Juban Station (there is a lift directly connected to the station on the premise). The Azabu Juban area, with its many hidden restaurants and fashionable spots, is also within walking distance of Roppongi, Hiroo and the redeveloped Azabudai area, making it very convenient. The building underwent major repairs in January 2022 and have a good management system with 24-hour manned management and concierge services. The building also has waste disposal facilities on each floor and pets are friendly (up to 2 cats and dogs, subject to other rules).
