MA Website aims to provide necessary functions to transact an ‘online auction deal’ among Mother’s Auction Member (hereinafter referred to as “MA Member”), Mother’s Auction Member Shop (hereinafter referred to as “MA Member Shop”), Mother’s Auction sub-Member Shop (hereinafter referred to as “MA sub-Member Shop”) and associate service provider. All auction deals on MA Website shall be a direct business transaction between or among such member users. (Non-member buyers or sellers may access MA Website through the proxy service of Member Shops)
MA Webmaster shall not be deemed as being a party involved in or mediating such deals and hence disclaims any responsibility arising from all deals on MA Website.
In the event that any trouble occurs in any deal transacted on MA Website, all parties involved in the troubled deal shall be expected to settle the issue amongst themselves.

Users shall be expected to directly contact each MA Member, MA Member Shop, MA sub-Member Shop, or associate service provider involved to clarify information such as terms and conditions, property, service, or member’s prescription about privacy policy that were originally prepared by those parties themselves.

MA Webmaster disclaims any and all responsibility for the loss caused by the interruption, delay, discontinuation of the system, data deletion, or unauthorized access to the system that the interference in communication channels or of computers in use may cause, and/or any other resulting loss to the Users through the service of MA Website.

MA Webmaster shall not guarantee that any and all emails and contents produced from MA Website, MA Webmaster’s servers, or MA Webmaster’s domains contain no hazardous contents, such as computer virus.

MA Webmaster disclaims any and all responsibility for information or advice that MA Webmaster may provide to MA Member, MA Member Shop, MA sub-Member Shop and/or associate service provider.

MA Webmaster provides the service of MA Website (including but not limited to information provided in the service) and other websites that MA Webmaster manages without any warranty, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to credibility, accuracy, timeliness, availability, warranty of fitness for particular purpose, or warranty of consequence by adopting the services provided.
MA Webmaster disclaims any and all responsibility of reducing its service fee or compensating for any consequential damage incurred to any MA Member Shop, MA sub-Member Shop, service user or to any Third Party who adopts the service of MA Website (including but not limited to the information provided in the service) or other websites that MA Webmaster manages.

MA Webmaster also disclaims any and all responsibility for any damages that using software and/or accompanying documents of MA Website may cause to computers or other relevant equipments, possessed by MA Member Shop, MA sub-Member Shop, service user, or any Third Party.

All MA Member, MA Member Shop and MA sub-Member Shop shall be considered to acknowledge and consent the fact that the contents provided on MA Website or other websites that MA Webmaster manages include information provided by Third Parties.
MA Webmaster disclaims any and all responsibility about such Third Party’s information provided to MA Website and/or other websites that MA Webmaster manages.

MA Webmaster disclaims any and all responsibility about Third Party websites which link or are linked to the websites that MA Webmaster manages.

Any and all the percentages of “Gross Operating Income Rate” (or also called ‘yield rates’ in general investment) indicated on MA Website are a computing result under certain conditions and shall not be considered to guarantee the investment performance of such percentage. Any and all the values of “Irrevocable Selling Price” is the Seller’s offering price to sell and shall not be considered to necessarily represent the appropriate value of the real estate.
All users of MA Website shall be considered to bid or purchase the real estate listed on MA Website according to their self-responsibility and determination.

All investment-based users participating in MA Website‘s auction service shall be considered to understand the extent and variety of risks involving in real estate investment, such as fluctuating real estate value, vacancy rates, the presence of delinquent rents, aged deterioration, disrepair, low convertibility and etc. MA Webmaster also disclaims any and all responsibility to compensate for any economical or physical loss that the aforesaid risks may cause to Users.

Winning a bid on MA Website shall be considered as ’being prioritized to negotiate the property purchase with the Seller’, and the winning fact shall not guarantee the completion of real estate deal or the conclusion of the sale contract.
