Shiodome Siosite |
Adjacent to the prestigious areas of Hibiya and Yurakucho, and
known for the convergence of small- and medium-sized companies. The land previously
owned by JR, Japan Rail, was recently developed into high-rise landscape known as Shiodome
Project. Hamamatsu-cho should be noted its accessibility to the warehouse district
in Konan and Haneda Airport. Many major Japanese companies locate their head-offices
in Tamachi like in Shinjuku. Rent for the spaces in the area outside JR Yamanote Line
tends to be lower than that of the inside. The area away from JR Yamanote Line, such
as Shiba-Koen or Shiba-Daimon are known for less-traffic and spacious atmosphere. |
