Tokyo Station is the gateway to the international city of Tokyo. Tokyo Square Garden has opened in March 27th, 2013 as the new landmark in the Tokyo Station area.
Located in the heart of the Yaesu area, it is a 6 min walk to Tokyo station, has direct access to Kyobashi station, and is accessible from 5 other stations for a total of 24 different train lines.

The Tokyo Square Garden has large astylar office spaces with single floors measuring over 1,000 tsubo that can be used for various office layouts. The building structure and equipment allows the continuation of business operations even during times of disaster. The developer also created a square full of trees and greenery, "Kyobasi no Oka (tentative name meaning "Kyobashi Hill")" of approximately 3,000 square meters, the building is setting up the target for the reduction of CO2 emissions of approx. 45% (office use only). From this increasingly vibrant area of Tokyo's business center, Kyobashi, where several other redevelopment plans are going on, a new business scene will arise and be transmitted to the world.
