In February 26th, the new KABUKIZA TOWER has opened with the backdrop of Ginza, Tsukiji and Tokyo, upholding the values of traditional culture while opening up a new world of business.
The B2 floor is directly connected with Higashi-Ginza Station allowing travels in any direction in central Tokyo and also direct access to Haneda and Narita Airports. It is further connected with 2 stations and 3 other lines via underground concourse.
The main entrance of the office building faces Showa-dori avenue. It is designed with a separate entrance to the office spaces and the theater, to ensure independence of the business space. From the striking 7 meter high entrance hall, large shuttle elevators take you directly to the 7th-floor Sky Lobby. The Sky Lobby also is a huge open space equal to two stories and looks onto the Ginza direction. From the 7th floor, you can take elevators to the lower, middle, and upper bank facilitating smooth access to the office floors.
Each floor of the office building is spacious with an area of approx.500tubo (1,700sqm) and six doorways, so that it can be divided into three sections to meet diverse office needs. The office space is liberating with the ceiling height of 2,800mm, and the 100mm height raised floor can accommodate various under-floor wiring. Four air-conditioning units are used on each floor, which is divided into four zones allowing flexible office layout and fine-tuned control. To reduce the environmental impact and maximize energy conservation, the floors are also equipped with advanced functions including motion sensor lighting and automatic dimming system.
Standard Floor Plan (9-15F)
For the security system, a non-contact IC card system is used for automatic office entry and exit while blocking intrusions by unauthorized individuals. Tenants who will use all floors of an elevator bank may optionally install an exclusive security gate at the elevator bank entrance on the 7th floor Sky Lobby. The building has one VIP elevator, which allows direct access from the B3 parking space to the destination office floor (exclusive use for one tenant).
The use of 2 different vibration control systems absorbs vibration energy, helps resist the shakes, and reduces the resulting impact on the structure.
The two-line power receiving system, which receives power from a main and back-up line, secures power supply in the event of an outage on the other. An emergency power generator also secures enough energy for minimum basic performance and safety of the building.
Aiming at elegant integration of tradition and the present, KABUKIZA TOWER will open a new future for business and traditional culture.
