TELL is a multifaceted, nonprofit organization that has been serving the international and business communities since 1973. The services include free phone counseling and information, professional face-to-face counseling, and educational workshops.

Tokyo Counseling Service
Tokyo Counseling Service provides professional group therapy and counseling support services for people in the community of Tokyo through dance movement, group psychotherapy and multicultural support groups. Each group is facilitated by a qualified Japan registered psychologist (JSCCP), Japan qualified psychotherapist (JFP) or Japan Association of Group Psychotherapy registered therapist. Any English-speaking resident in the Tokyo area is very welcome to join any of these groups. Every psychotherapist/mental health counselor speaks both English and Japanese.
